
Sometimes you never hear people talk about "recovered" from grief. I'm not too happy with this term because it suggests that sadness is a disease that must be healed. Sadness is not an illness but a natural process and is urgently needed.
Besides, you do not "recover" from or "forgetting" sadness. However, you "accept" it. In other words, you learn to accept it and will be forever affected by it.
